Dual national UK/Canada with different surnames on passport
My Canadian passport has my married name and my UK passport has my maiden name. I live in Canada. What name should I use to book flights between Canada and UK? Where might I encounter issues (check in/border etc)?

It isn't that important, and you are not going to have any serious difficulty.
It's easiest to carry both passports because it saves you getting ETA for either country. I'm in the same situation and that's what I do.
It's probably best to use the name you currently use - presumably your married name -and attach the passport that corresponds to it to you booking. Sometimes you can attach two documents to the booking, and you can usually declare additional citizenships. Airlines will usually take your word for it that you have a citizenship which will prevent them checking if you have a UK ETA. If they do ask, simply present your UK passport at checkin. You use your UK passport on entry to the UK. They may ask about the name, but if the photo matches they will accept it. Present your Canadian passport on the return trip.
