That is the most famous sentence with this structure:
Scary looks the future of AI.
instead of:
The future of AI looks scary.
The adjective and noun are inverted (uneasy lies instead of lies uneasy) and prepositioned at the beginning of the sentence.
In a preposition, only the inverted form works.
